Foodiez Hub lets you browse restaurants in Jordan and order directly from them. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you control it.

1. Information we collect

• Name and phone number — to create your order and contact you about it.
• Delivery address and location — when you set your location on the map we use a precise GPS position, or an approximate location; for delivery orders only, to reach you.
• Order history and loyalty points — to show past orders and your points.
• Verified phone number — at sign-in we verify your number via a one-time code (Firebase).

We do not request or store payment-card data. Payment is cash on pickup/delivery, or via the restaurant's own gateway.

2. How we use it

Only to fulfil your order, notify you of its status, manage loyalty points, and improve the service. We never sell your data.

Your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your account is created and verified using your phone number and a one-time code.

3. Who we share it with

• The restaurant you order from — your name, phone, and order details to prepare it.
• The delivery driver — your name, phone, and address, for delivery orders only.

4. Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. To request deletion of your account and data, follow the steps on our account deletion page, or email sales@300and13.com; we complete it within 30 days.

You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time via the email above.
