By using Foodiez Hub you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What the service is

Foodiez Hub brings Amman's restaurants together in one place. Orders are placed directly with the restaurant, which is responsible for preparing the food, its quality, and delivery. We provide the tool that connects you to the restaurant.

2. Orders & pricing

• Prices and availability are set by each restaurant and may change without notice.
• On confirmation the amount is computed from the restaurant's menu; you are never charged more than shown.
• Payment is cash on pickup/delivery, or via the restaurant's own payment gateway.

3. Cancellation & changes

To cancel or change an order, contact the restaurant or us as soon as possible. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Loyalty points

Points are awarded by the restaurant on completed orders, have no cash value, and each restaurant may set its own earn/redeem rules. Points are reversed if an order is cancelled or refunded.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to abuse it or tamper with orders, points, or other people's accounts.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Our responsibility is limited to connecting you with the restaurant; food quality and delivery are the restaurant's responsibility. We are not liable for indirect damages, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
